Traditional staffing agencies and Subcontract.ie provide completely different services. If you need an independent business to undertake a defined package of work, Subcontract.ie offers a straightforward introduction service. We do not allow dayworks requests or temporary staffing requirements. A clear package of work with a defined scope must be provided.

The subcontracting business is paid separately under the commercial agreement you reach directly with them. The €79 + VAT introduction fee covers the introduction service only, not the cost of the work itself.
Subcontract.ie provides business introductions, not temporary labour supply. Businesses independently agree and manage their subcontract arrangements.

Our standard introduction fee is €79 + VAT per trade requirement, but we will be happy to discuss a better value package for multiple trade requirements. Contact us to discuss your project's needs.
Straightforward pricing
Full refund if we can’t connect you.
One service, one flat fee: the Subcontract Introduction at €79 + VAT per request. We review your request first. If we can take it on, we’ll invite you to pay. If we cannot make a suitable connection by your agreed deadline, we’ll refund your payment in full, including VAT. We do not guarantee a minimum number of introductions, and subcontracting businesses always participate free of charge.
- We review every request before payment. Requests we cannot realistically fulfil are declined without charge.
- You pay only once your request is approved. Matching starts after payment is confirmed.
- Subcontract introduces independent businesses; it does not employ, supervise, pay or supply workers. The contract for the work is made directly between the businesses.
Subcontract is a professional-to-professional service and is not available for private household or domestic work.
