Subcontract.ie introduces businesses who need subcontracting capacity to independent subcontracting businesses, through a staff-managed, private service. Every introduction starts with a reviewed request, not a public listing.
Professional-to-professional only. Not available for private domestic or household work.
One introduction fee. €79 + VAT. No subscriptions, no bidding, no day rates.
At least one qualifying, genuinely interested subcontracting business by your matching deadline, or a full refund of the introduction fee. If more than one qualifies, all are presented at no extra charge.

Need Subcontracting Capacity?
Two routes, both ending in a genuine introduction to an independent subcontracting business for one €79 + VAT fee.

Submit your defined package.
Describe the defined package of work: the trade, location, dates, scope and the total fixed package price. Main contractors and subcontractors can both act as the Requesting Business.

We review your request.
Our team checks that the request is a genuine fixed-price subcontract package. Approved requests receive a payment link; requests outside scope are declined without charge.

Pay the €79 + VAT introduction fee.
One flat fee per request. Subcontracting businesses never pay. If no qualifying introduction is provided by your matching deadline, the fee is refunded in full.

Receive every qualifying introduction.
At least one qualifying, genuinely interested subcontracting business by your deadline, or a full refund. If more than one qualifies, all are presented to you at no extra charge. You choose whom to contact.

Choose a platform-reviewed, anonymous profile from the Available Subcontractors page and submit a genuine defined work package with a total fixed price.

We confirm interest privately.
The selected subcontracting business confirms privately whether it is interested in discussing your package. You are not charged if it declines or is unavailable.

Pay once, get the contact details.
After interest is confirmed you pay the €79 + VAT introduction fee and receive the approved business contact details.

Looking for Work?
Register free, browse available work packages, and express interest at the stated package price. You can also act as a Requesting Business when you need another specialist business or crew.

Join free.
Register your independent subcontracting business. There is no joining fee, no subscription and no charge for expressing interest.

Complete your profile.
Provide your trade, capability, qualifications and compliance information where applicable, plus where you operate and when you are available.

Browse work packages and express interest.
Review available subcontract work packages and confirm you are interested at the stated package price. There is no bidding and no charge.

Get introduced.
When the Requesting Business is matched, qualifying interested businesses are introduced. You agree your subcontract directly with them.
Professional to professional
Subcontract makes the introduction. The businesses agree the work.
Subcontract.ie facilitates introductions between independent businesses for defined subcontract packages. It does not employ, pay, supervise or supply workers. Terms are agreed directly between the businesses.
