As the Requesting Business (a main contractor or subcontractor needing another independent subcontracting business), tell us about your defined package of work. We review every request, then confirm privately with suitable subcontracting businesses. Subcontracting businesses never pay; you pay one flat introduction fee of €79 + VAT only after approval, fully refundable if we cannot connect you by your deadline.

Each request covers one trade. A separate trade requirement attracts a separate €79 + VAT fee; requests combining several distinct trades are referred to our team for review.

Subcontract.ie is not an employment or recruitment agency. All work contracts are direct between your business and the contractor.

Indicate what supporting documentation exists. Actual documents are exchanged directly after an introduction; never upload project documents here.

Quantity schedule (optional)

Add as many rows as needed so subcontracting businesses can assess the package privately. Quantities are for defined deliverables only; they are never used for day-rate labour.

Required contractor qualification (optional)

Specify any licences or qualifications needed (e.g. CSCS, FETAC).

Interest by

Strict deadline for contractors to respond. If we cannot connect you by this date, you receive a full refund.

At least one qualifying, genuinely interested subcontracting business by your deadline, or a full refund. If more than one qualifies, all are presented at no extra charge.
Subcontracting businesses register and participate free of charge.
