The short version
We use only essential storage: to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choice. No analytics, advertising or marketing cookies are used, and no data is sold. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies such as browser local storage are small pieces of information saved by your browser. They can keep you signed in, remember a preference, or measure how a site is used.
What this site actually uses
We audited the live site before writing this notice. It sets no cookies on public pages and loads no analytics, advertising, marketing, embedded video or social media scripts. There are no third-party cookies. The only storage used is listed below.

Categories
- Strictly necessary — required for sign-in, security and to remember your cookie choice. These work without consent because the service cannot function without them.
- Functional — optional conveniences. None are in use today.
- Analytics — optional usage measurement. None is installed, so none is loaded before or after consent.
- Marketing — optional advertising or remarketing. None is installed.
Payment pages
Payments are completed on Stripe-hosted pages. Stripe may set its own fraud-prevention and security cookies there, under its own notices. No card details are entered on, or stored by, Subcontract.ie.
Change your preferences
You can reopen the cookie controls at any time. Rejecting non-essential storage is as easy as accepting it, and nothing optional is loaded either way.
You can also clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings, which removes your saved choice and any session.
